Carolien Schippers (NL) is a Rotterdam-based architect and founder of -C-A-S-. Her work explores peripheral spaces and their cultural, spatial, and ecological implications. In 2024, she initiated Cityguide to Waste: Artifacts of Accumulation as Arcam’s architect-in-residence, exploring six Amsterdam waste sites through mapping and a documentary co-directed with Locument, highlighting waste’s spatial, cultural, and ecological agency.
